Aquatic Facility
The 13,811 square foot facility houses a 50-meter
pool, eight lanes wide, that can be divided into two separate pools,
25-yard and 25-meter, by a movable bulkhead. It also features two
one meter diving boards. Completed in 2004, the Pi`ilani Aquatic
Facility is located below the high school, next to Ka`ulaheanuiokamoku
Gym. Its lifeguarding staff is headed by George McElravy, the Aquatics
Supervisor of the facility since its inauguration. He is joined
by lifeguard Aaron Souza in the managing of the pool.
