Aloha,
Welcome to my webpage. Our 7th grade students will be challenged by an extensive comprehensive curriculum. The first quarter, our students will be completing their autobiography projects and begin other writing assignments. The curriculum will include drama, poetry, short stories, novels, autobiographies, oral communication, vocabulary, writing, Interdisciplinary Units, grammar, quotations and more. Students will be working on various projects during the year and exploring fun and exciting new lessons. Homework will be assigned as needed, but only to complete the day's classwork, or to prepare for the next day's lessons. I am originally from Newport, Kentucky, where I taught at Newport Middle School for thirty two years. I also taught high school English at North Myrtle Beach High School, in South Carolina for one year.
