Aloha, my name is Rama Camarillo and it's such an honor to be teaching here at Kamehameha Schools Maui Campus. I'm originally from the Big Island where I came from a family of educators. My Dad was a band and ukulele teacher, and my Mom also taught middle school. My brother is also a music teacher, and my sister too. My wife Cora comes from the Kalima Ohana, and her family is very gifted in music. With all these resources to draw from, I will continue working to give my students all the basic skills in playing the ukulele and singing, and to develop it into a life-long skill.
