How to form a Club at Kamehameha Schools Maui

  1. Create a Constitution and Bylaws (see sample)
  2. Elect Officers
  3. Please read the following documents: Administrative Requirements for all Student and Class Acitvities, Currency and Check Handling Procedures, and Maui Campus Regulations for Bank of Hawaii Accounts
  4. Submit an Application for Recognized Organization Status with Kamehameha Schools to Dr. Hitz for his approval. The application will then be fowarded to Dr. Chamberlain and Carl Alexander (CFO)
  5. After you have received approval for your club, you then need to complete the following:
  6. Read the Role of the Advisor and Required Forms
  7. Complete
  8. Submit all forms to Debbie Kato

If you plan to raise funds (as opposed to just collect dues):

  1. Read the Fundraising Procedures guidelines
  2. Complete a Request for Approval of Fundraising Effort
  3. Submit to Dr. Hitz for initial approval.
  4. Your fundraiser is not approved until you receive confirmation from Debbie Kato in Operations
